Personal information we collect
For a better experience while using our product and services, we require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to phone number, name, age, gender, weight, height and email address.
Special Category Data
In addition to basic contact details, we collect health, wellness, and performance data when you use the Prorizon app and connected devices and mobile applications. This includes physiological metrics, psychological and lifestyle check-ins, and data reflecting your Mind-Body Load and stress adaptation. Under the GDPR, health data is considered “Special Category Data,” and we process this strictly on the basis of your explicit consent.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called “Log Data”. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilising our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service and other statistics.

How do we use your information
Under GDPR, we must have a lawful basis to process your data. We use your data in the following ways:

- To provide personalised AI-driven insights, feedback and state classifications (such as Adaptive, Prime, or Overloaded states) based on your biopsychosocial data
- To improve our products, analyse website usage, and ensure security
Data Sharing with Managing Entities (Teams or Organisations)
If your use of the App is linked to a managing entity, such as a coach, sports team, or athletic organisation, your data will be transferred and displayed to designated staff through our Dashboard subject to your explicit consent.
To protect your privacy while providing actionable insights to your team, we apply strict visibility rules based on the data type:
- Identifiable Data: Objective physical metrics, such as (not limited to) sleep length, sleep quality, and Heart Rate Variability (HRV), are identifiable by team staff to assist directly with physical load and recovery management.
- Aggregated Psycho-social Data: Your raw subjective inputs, such as specific mood, environmental and lifestyle factors, are not directly exposed to team staff. Instead, this sensitive data is generalised and aggregated. The Dashboard provides staff with overall team trends, a general personal wellbeing status, and flags for critical performance risks without revealing the underlying raw psychological data.
You retain granular control over what information is visible on the Dashboard. You can request certain data to be shared or unshared, modify your sharing preferences, or entirely disconnect your profile from a team dashboard at any time via contacting us at info@prorizon.tech.
Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and Automated Decision-Making
To deliver our core predictive health and performance insights, Prorizon utilises both proprietary ML)algorithms and third-party AI technologies. We want to be entirely transparent about how these distinct systems process your data:
– Proprietary Machine Learning (ML): We use our own internal, highly secure ML models to process your physiological, psychological and social data. These internal models calculate your Mind-Body Load (MBL) and determine your performance state (e.g., Adaptive, Prime, or Overloaded) and your proximity to those states. This processing happens within our secure infrastructure.
– Third-Party AI and Large Language Models (LLMs): To generate personalised, text-based feedback and insights, we utilise third-party Generative AI and LLMs. We only share de-identified or pseudonymised metrics with these partners. We strictly require our LLM partners to operate under a “Zero-Retention/Zero-Training Policy.” This means our AI partners use your data solely to generate the immediate requested insight; they do not store or retain your Personal Data, nor do they use your data to train their own base algorithms or AI models.
– Your Rights Regarding Automated Processing: Under GDPR, because this involves the automated processing and profiling of special category data to generate insights about your health and performance, we rely on your explicit consent. You have the right to request human intervention, express your point of view, or contest an automated decision generated by our systems by contacting us at info@prorizon.tech.
Data Retention and Account Deletion
We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us.
You may request the deletion of your account and associated Personal Data at any time. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will permanently erase your Personal Data from our active systems, save for any data we are legally required to retain for compliance, tax, or legal defence purposes.
International Data Transfers
Some of our third-party service providers (including our AI partners) may be based outside the UK. Whenever we transfer your Personal Data outside of the UK, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring appropriate safeguards are implemented, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
