Prorizon and England Athletics have launched a new collaborative study focused on enhancing athlete well-being and sustained performance using Prorizon’s cutting-edge Mind-Body Digital TwinTM and Generative AI technology. This project directly supports England Athletics’ strategy to put the athlete and runner first and embrace innovation for improved experiences.
The study aims to move beyond generic fitness and performance tracking by exploring how advanced, personalised digital insights can proactively manage the complex Mind-Body LoadTM faced by high-performing athletes.
About the Study
The pilot will test Prorizon’s AI-powered software that creates a dynamic, virtual representation of an individual athlete. This Mind-Body Digital TwinTM integrates real-time physiological, psychological and contextual data to model performance readiness and identify emerging risks like overtraining, chronic fatigue or burnout.
Prorizon uses Generative AI to translate these complex data outputs into clear, personalised and actionable guidance for the athlete and their support team. This ensures that interventions, whether related to training, workload adjustment, or recovery, are evidence-based and tailored precisely to the athlete’s needs, helping to sustain peak performance and career longevity.
Powering Potential and Enhancing Experiences
The core goal of this project is to provide coaches and athletes with accessible, data-driven tools to guide athletes effectively, supporting the development of a world-class support system. By focusing on preventative health strategies, the project seeks to reduce health and performance risks and enhance the overall experience of participating in athletics.
We believe it will empower athletes of all backgrounds and abilities to better understand and manage their development, helping them to fulfil their potential.
