UX Designer
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct interviews, tests and workshops with end users to design our product and services;
- Report and analyse user interaction and feedback to the internal team;
- Design conceptual wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, interaction specifications, and functional (no-code) prototypes;
- Communicate design and requirements with designers and developers;
- Supporting the team in pitching and marketing material creation.

Software Developer (PT)
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Mobile App Developer to join our team. The part-time position (~20 hrs) requires someone who can take ownership of technical delivery, iterate rapidly and ensure reliability across the application.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the mobile app (Compose Multiplatform/Kotlin): performance optimisation, ongoing support, constant improvement and platform compliance.
- Own Node.JS Cloud server: ongoing support and new functionality development.
- Manage Firebase Databases, Firebase Auth and Google Cloud.
- Manage and develop integration with internal and third-party APIs; define contracts, handle auth, and manage schema changes safely.
- Build the delivery rails: CI/CD, automated tests, observability, and lightweight release notes.
- Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead, data scientist and sub-contractors; contribute to our evolving product/tech roadmap.
Key requirements:
- Strong experience with Compose Multiplatform, with a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple development projects.
- In-depth understanding of core principles for both iOS and Android development and thorough knowledge of App Store and Google Play rules and requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js in Google Cloud, and knowledge of Firebase Cloud and its ecosystem.
- Proven ownership of CI/CD pipelines and release automation for iOS and Android (e.g., GitHub Actions/Bitrise + Fastlane/TestFlight/Play Console).
- Hands-on with crash/error monitoring and analytics instrumentation (e.g., Crashlytics/Sentry + analytics), plus feature flags for safe, iterative releases.
- Push notifications end-to-end: APNs/FCM setup, permissions, payload design, and testing.
- API integration expertise: auth, contract design, schema change management, and robust error handling.
Desirable:
- Confident in testing strategy (unit/UI), raising coverage, and stabilising/ documenting a vendor-delivered codebase.
- Experience with A/B testing, performance profiling, and lightweight engineering dashboards.
- Back-end/API experience and simple admin tools to support operations.
- Interest in sport/health/performance and sensitivity to privacy and regulatory basics.
- Proative self-starter and learner.
Data Science
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and run machine learning models using, e.g. Python;
- Design and deliver visual data that are clear and relevant to athletes;
- Communicate with our data science advisor to ensure data reliability;
- Work with new data to inform the development of our product;
- Delivery of progress updates to the wider team;
- Generation of ideas to improve engagement of sporting audiences with their health data.
Key requirements:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a PhD degree program in math, computer science, data science or other quantitative fields;
- Knowledge of and experience in machine learning and data science theory, techniques and tools;
- Comfortable in using Python and/or R in day-to-day work;
- Critical thinking about real-world data through exploratory data analysis and data visualisation;
- An independent, creative problem-solver with a can-do attitude;
- Thrive off being in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment;
- Driven by using your skills and data for good.
Desirable:
- Passion for sports;
- Previous experience in machine learning projects;

Marketing and Business Development
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage all marketing channels, including website, social media, PR and events;
- Develop and distribute B2C and B2B marketing materials (digital and print);
- Design and execution of marketing campaigns, such as A/B testing, lead generation.
- Support the founding team in materials creation and performing cold calls to potential partners to develop new partnership opportunities;
- Conduct market research, including industry trends, competitive analysis, and positioning;
- Participate in the creation of our branding strategy and brand book;
- Attend business meetings and events.

Key responsibilities include:
- Production of sometimes complex content into a compelling, engaging format;
- Sourcing and creating reliable and relevant content;
- Designing and delivering content in an accessible format, be it written, audio or visual;
- Media monitoring and reporting;
- Generating ideas to improve the engagement of sporting audiences across our platforms.
Key requirements:
- Strong interest in sports;
- Excellent written and spoken English skills;
- Take pride in your work, including content creation, proofreading and content editing;
- Demonstrated experience in content production;
- Thrive off being in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment;
- Passionate about creativity, always looking for new ways to tell a story or present information;
- Good communication skills and a team player.

- Graphic design skills;
- Multi-media content creation experience;
- Sports and/or Psychology -related subjects are desirable: Sports Education, Psychology, Sports Psychology and Performance, Sports Science etc.;

Please note that our intern positions are part-time. They are rolling and will be filled on a need basis.
We operate in a Hybrid working arrangement (2-3 days in the office per week). Currently, we are operating from LSE’s co-working space and occasionally at Zinc’s office (Euston House). We would prefer the intern can spend at least one day in-person, but we will also consider fully remote applications.
